2022 Q3 Reporting Highlights By Agfa, FujiFilm, KM, Kodak Printing Plate

Agfa--- In Q3, Agfa took over Inca business from Fuji at a speed higher than expected. Inca is developing next generation of product proctotype of Speedset. Agfa digital printing and chemical division revenue up by 16.4% to Euro 96 million, net profit Euro 3.6 million. Agfa Offset division been sold to Aurelius, in Q3 revenue up 3.3% to Euro 199 million, net profit up by 6.4% to 12.7 million. This was mainly due to successful price increases across all product lines within offset division. Agfa is transfering more staff into higher value market territory.
Fuji Film---In Fuji half year finanical report, although market demand has been dropped due to price increases, offset plate sales revenue still achieved growth. Sales revenue of digital printing machines into Europe and USA is climbing. Consumables business revenue Including graphic communcations group has increased by 14.3% and Fuji group overall total revenue increased by 12%. After ending Inca partnership, Fuji released its new large format digital printing machine Acuity. Fuji increased sales forecast for entire fiscal year 2022.
Konica Minota---KM professional printing divison sales revenue increased by 28.2% in the last 6 months by Sep 30th. Net profit increased by more than 100% for the same period. Single color and multi color digital printing machines sales are increasing in line with a strong recovery of commercial printing worldwide. significant drop of sea freight charge worldwide benefits KM by replacing airfreight with sea freight.
Kodak---Sonora and Prosper digital press sales revenue has been decreased in Q3, but overall reveunue slightly higher than same period last year.Sonora sales droped by 10%, and prosper machine sales dropped by 11%. Q4 is the busiest season, so expecting Q4 revenue pick up again.Kodak is betting its future on digital printing such as Prosper 7000 and Ultra 520 inkjet machines. a much lower carbon emmission by digital printing compared to traditional printing would make digital printing more appealing to printers.Net proft in Q3 increased from US$6 million to US$7 million.
