EcooGraphix T-1400C Thermal Paper Slitter Rewinder
EcooGraphix T-1400C is used for making all kinds of thermal paper rolls, including fax paper roll, ECG paper roll, medical record paper roll, POS roll, ATM roll, cash register paper roll, etc.
1. Features
1) SIEMENS PLC control system and touch screen, all the parameters are displayed on the monitor. Just setup the roll diameter, material thickness, initial tension, the machine runs automatically.
2) Shaftless hydraulic loading system, Max. load capacity is 3 tons.
3) 20Kg/m2 electromagnetic brake for unwinding tension control.
4) CNC processed & heat-treatment foothold wall panel, no deformation.
5) Unwinding section equips with direction adjustable balancing roller, ensures roller itself keeping tight touch with whole web.
6) Dynamic / static balancing transmission rollers.
7) The upper circular knives are fixed by screws, and the lower circular knives are fixed by aluminum spacer, cutting precision could be guaranteed.
8) Automatic tucker tucks the tail, convenient for quickly trigger rewinding.
9) Load cell sensor & automatic tension controller ensures constant tension.
10) Automatic meter counter, when reaches preset length, machine stops automatically.
11) Overlapping problem could be avoided with banana roller.
12) Equipped with emergency switch.
13) CCD digital camera sensor or photocell for web guiding.
