This model is featuring for its durable semi-conductive laser heads and high precise performance and high automatic. What are the differences between CTF and CTP?
The left image is a CTF machine. The right image is the CTP machine. They are both image making machines for prepress industries, using the laser technology. But CTP machine is the trend now and allows more upgrading and highest relolution.
The CTF machine transfers images to film. and then using a processor machine to tranfer the image of film to the plate. And the CTP machines transfers images to plate ditectly to the plate. So making the prepress procedures more easy and simple. With the 256 laser valve technology, it can make max. 5080 dpi or 10160 dpi.
But CTF machine has its unique advantages. That is it can makes images on film and then the processor machine will tranfer images of film to PS plate or flexo plate. So the end users does not need two CTP machine when he is handling both flexo printing and offset printing.
