Our latest technology, Ecoo-G thermal plates are a true process-less thermal plate technology, eliminating the need for chemistry and or additional equipment removing further energy requirements whilst maintaining optimum printing results to our valued customers world wide and protecting the environment.

Product Description:
1. Introduction of plates:
-It is double layer plate: emulsion layer is on the aluminum, and protection layer is above emulsion layer.
-The emulsion layer is negative photopolymerization /cross-link, can be exposed by 800-850nm wave-length. So all the known thermal CTPs (can expose normal thermal plate) on the market can expose this plate, only set up the exposure parameter to "negative".
-The protection layer is water-soluble polymer.
It is mainly used to protect the emulsion layer high sensitivity (low exposure energy required), and from damaging as well. Therefore, it is important to keep the plate away from any water, steam or even sweat materials.

2. Recommended application to press procedures of ECOO-G:
-Clean all the inks on the blanket;
-Start the press machine, apply the water roller, run 30-40 seconds;
-Apply the ink rollers 20-30 seconds;
-Apply the paper and start print.
Remark: If operate step 2 and 3 longer, paper will be wasted less.

A: The Air freight depends on the packing size and weight, and the delivery destination. Or you can arrange the Pick-up service from your local agent.
Q3: How long can the sample be ready?
A: It usually takes about 3days to prepare the sample.

A: About 20000-25000SQM
