Feeder gauges and air amount are easily adjustable.

The process of working is as follows:
1. Folded signatures are stacked on the gathering positions.
2. The air pump supplies air.
3. The gathering unit automatically transfers the signatures onto the book conveying chain according to the page order.
4. The book conveying chain transfers the signatures into the stitching unit. Simultaneously, each signature undergoes separate inspections page by page via photo-cell, deflective, and thickness-measuring inspections.
5. Unstitched books with signature-leaking or surplus are transferred to the waste conveyor, while stitched books proceed to the trimming unit.
6. Trimmed books undergo edge trimming in the trimming unit and are registered by guides in two steps.
7. The trimmed books are delivered based on the set book separating quantity.
