     The Jettouch AD Series are the one pass machines with the scanning(multi-pass) mold, there are 5pcs or 8pcs print heads optional. The Inkjet Spot UV Coater with Cold Foil adopt DoD inkjet technology which can achieve spot UV and foiling effect with camera registration,max speed is up to 3000s/h(for metal ),or 1000s/h(for paper). A3 sheet size machine AD350 is used for the max sheet size 350x645mm, speed is about 1200S/H for paper and 3600s/h for metal with 720 dpi.

 

 

 

 Digital UV cold stamping machine D series are the scanning(multi-pass) machine, through multiple printing or cold varnishing and stamping on the surface of the printed matter, it can easily complete the 3D UV and digital embossing effect on the surface of the printed matter.Max speed is up to 350s/h by 8pcs print heads.

Characteristic

Coating Process:

Empty the air and spray the coating for preparation before UV coating. Spot coating and /or Cold Foil Stamping continually Inkjet heads move to seal covers for protection,avoid light and dust.

Cold stamping Technology:

Foil stamp apply only on the area where there is coating.
There is foil-save design in cold foil station.When the stamping area is very small, the foil can pull back and use the foil again to lower down production cost.

Digital Spot UV：

With DoD inkjet heads, you can do spot UV directly from computer file to the printings, easy and fast.

3D effect：

In one pass, you can make different thickness of coating from 10 micron to 100 micron, good for personization design.

Digital stamping：

Without die or plate, you can do stamping directly from computer file to the printings, saving the time and cost of making plate.

Multiple stamping：

With several pass, you can do multiple stamping to bring glittering effect to the printings. It can have stamping effect and spot UV in one printing.
