Flexo CTP Plate Making Process
.Plate cutting: select the appropriate layout size according to the size of the negative image;
.Exposure of the back of the printing plate: the thickness of the base formed ensures that the relief depth meets the requirements. Activate the plate to save main exposure time;
.Front exposure: first tear off the protective film on the surface of the printing plate, closely fit the film surface of the negative film to the photosensitive film surface of the printing plate, cover it with a vacuum film to form a negative pressure, and then expose the printing plate to expose the light part The photosensitive material is cross-linked and hardened to determine the slope and the size of the dots;
.Development: use perchlorethylene or environmentally friendly solution to dissolve the photosensitive material in the unexposed area to form a relief;
.Drying: the printed plate after flushing and development needs to be dried under hot air to volatilize the solvent inside the plate and remove the material Shrink and return to the original thickness of the raw material.
.Developing: Use tetrachlorethylene or an environmentally friendly solution to dissolve the photosensitive material in the unexposed area to form a relief; Drying: The developed printing plate needs to be dried under hot air to evaporate the solvent inside the plate and shrink the material, returning to its original state. The initial thickness of the raw material;
.Post-adhesive treatment: Use UVC to illuminate the printing plate for a period of time to remove the viscosity of the resin and increase the smoothness and hardness of the printing plate surface;
.Post-exposure: The dried printing plate is fully and evenly illuminated so that the unhardened resin inside the plate is completely cross-linked and will not be deformed by the influence of ink or solvent, thereby improving the printing durability of the printing plate;
.Load the plate onto the drum: Cut the required size and then load the plate onto the drum according to the computer prompts. While loading the plate, there is a vacuum inside the drum to absorb the plate.
.Laser imaging exposure: The digital signal transmitted from the desktop system controls the laser in the flexo CTP through the computer, and the drum rotation laser head moves along the axis of the drum for exposure.
