   There are many different equipment which can do digital UV varnishing,cold foiling,laminating and die cutting for roll labels. Some are hybrid all in one, some are standalone machine. How to choose the right machine and how does the digital machine do UV varnishing and cold foiling ?

   EcooSpark is the ideal digital label post press embellishment machine for digital printer HP Indigo,Screen Truepress , Xeikon or other similars. There are 4 Konica KM1024i print heads, 3months' warranty only when the customer uses the varnish we provide, and use the machine properly .

By our experience,the print heads can be used at least 2years if they are used and protected in the right way.

3- maintenance of printheads. Is there an automatic system to check and perform e.g flushing?

4- warranty on printheads and what it covers

 The customer can buy the print heads for replacement after the warranty period if they can find in local. Three years' warranty can be provided including the print heads to guarantee customer's satisfaction.

5- Volume and cost of uv varnish used by the inkjet printhead head - who is the supplier for that?

The varnish is specially made for the digital printing machine , from Japan.  If there's any potential customer , please let us know their company name ,so we can get the market protection for you.

There is the software in the machine to calculate the volume consumption .

6- volume and cost of uv White (screen printing effect) used by the inkjet printhead head - who is the supplier for that?

Do you mean the screen printing effect Spot Varnishing , please? DigiSpark can only make spot varnishing, cold foil stamping ,embossing and so on .

The volume of the varnish is also depended on the print size and spot varnishing area.
