FL4835 is a flexo CTP machine, which is used to make images on flexo plate. Together with flexo processor machine, this flexo prepress production line could make imaged flexo plate for flexo printing. The max. imaging area is1220mm*1020mm. Another achievement for this machine is its 256 laser valve technoloty, which makes square spot and allows highest resolution.

1. introduction and main features
The 256 laser valve makes recangle dot, to make sure the liset spot exposed the full image pixel area.For 5080 dpi the image dot pixel size is 5um*5um.
Laser distance detection and voice coil motor device is used for dynamic autofocus to secure accurate focus during exposure.
Double lines and triple lines overlappingfunctions canallow the LAMS ablation with the superiorimagequalityand efficiency for flexo plate exposure.
Instant temperature monitoring and pre calibration oflaser head can make sure the laser exposure stabilityand reliability.
