HSS1040 Series Two Color Double Side Offset Printing Machines are mainly for books printing,with fast speed at 10000s/h. The main key components of the printing machine, including the frame, drum, sleeve, gear, etc., are all completed on high-end processing equipment such as vertical shaft grinding, cylindrical grinding in Germany, pentahedral machining centers in Spain, and Nils gear grinding machines in Germany.
The machine can be equipped with water based dampening or alcohol dampening system. The alcohol (isopropyl alcohol) in the alcohol fountain solution can reduce the surface tension of the fountain solution, which is conducive to its expansion in the hydrophilic part of the printing plate. It can also increase the viscosity of the fountain solution, which is conducive to its transmission on the rubber roller. It is generally believed that alcohol fountain solution is highly efficient, and the dots of alcohol-fountained printing are much better than water-fountained printing.

Pneumatic Clamp Bar, Change Plate Without Tools: - Tension of clamp bar is controlled by imported hoses and disc springs, so that it is more flexible for operation. - Corners of cylinders are controlled by high precision encoder. Plates will be installed and dismounted by program automatically. Thus it can meet the long version and short version edition of the printing business needs. - The tail of clamp bar is separated, so that it can help paper more smooth. |

Automatic Device For Adjusting Paper Thickness: - It is equipped with gear driven. Distance between cylinders can be given some feedback to screen by potentiometer automatically. - Permanent magnetic generator driven can ensure stability of printing pressure, because of large torsion and strong self-lock. - It is easier and more convenient to input paper thickness on the screen directly. |
