Installation Preparation Checklist for Buyers

1. Lifting and Handling Tools
A forklift with a minimum capacity of 1.5 tons and forks at least 1.2 meters in length is required for safe unloading of the machinery.

2. Workspace Conditions

Temperature should be maintained between 15°C and 30°C; air conditioning is highly recommended.

Relative humidity must stay within 10% to 70%, with no condensation.

The area should be free from smoke, corrosive gases, and airborne dust levels below 0.1mg/m³.

Avoid direct sunlight; natural lighting is acceptable.

Floor load-bearing capacity should reach 500kg/m², with anti-static or tiled surfaces preferred.

Ventilation should be natural, with a thermometer and hygrometer (analog or digital) placed in the center of the room.

3. Electrical Requirements
The EcooSetter CTP series operates on single-phase power with independent grounding (resistance below 3Ω), at 50/60Hz and 4KVA. An online UPS unit is necessary, with battery backup sufficient for a minimum of 5 minutes.

4. Additional Equipment to Be Supplied by Customer

Computer: One unit with Intel I3 processor or better, 500GB or larger storage, and Windows 7/8/10 (US English version).

Air Supply: Either a standalone compressor or central system delivering ≥0.8Mpa and ≥175L/min. If using a separate compressor, a tank of at least 30L is recommended.

Processor, plates, chemicals, and measuring instruments (such as Replate or IC plate tools) should be ready.

5. Workflow Software
A RIP workflow capable of generating 1-bit TIFF files is required, as the EcooSetter CTP system accepts this format for imaging.
