EcooGraphix Prepress Flexographics CTP Plate Machine
1.Application
Flexo CTP is the digital laser platemaking machine, provides you with advanced digital flexographic solutions, from label platemaking to large carton flexo platemaking,as well as the UV spot coating by anilox roller.
There are two ways to directly make flexographic printing plates by computer, one is laser imaging to make flexographic printing plates, and the other is direct laser engraving printing plates.
The former uses a computer plate-making machine to direct the YAG laser with digital signals to generate infrared rays. On the photopolymer plate coated with a black synthetic film, the black film is ablated by laser to form a negative image, and then the same exposure, washing, drying, post-exposure and other processing steps as the traditional plate-making method are carried out to make a flexographic plate.
