Buyer need to prepare before installation:

 

1. Customer should prepare tools:

Lift truck and driver: to unload the machine, truck fork should be 1.5Ton or above capacity, 1.2m or longer arm;

 

2.  working environment:

Temperature: 15℃-30℃ (an air-conditioner is recommended)

Humidity: RH10%-70%, Non-condensing

Atmosphere: No smoke, No corrosive gases, Ash<0.1mg/M3.

Lighting: Natural illumination, no direct sunlight

Floor: The floor should bear the pressure of 500kg/m2. Anti-static floor or tile floor.

Ventilation: natural ventilation

Thermometer and hygrometer (pointer type or digital type) should be kept in the center of the room.

 

3. Power supply:

single phase, independently grounded, less than 3Ω; 50/60Hz, 4KVA.

An online uninterrupted power supply(UPS) unit is required, and the battery should be able to sustain at least 5 minute alone.

 

 

 

 

 

  The application of this equipment can maximize the efficiency of the registration after the plate is loaded; it can maximize the transformation of human management into equipment management in the registration link.

   It is not only a necessary equipment for the application of CIP technology, but also can be effectively used for positioning, punching and bending of CIP process (traditional process) printing plates, avoiding the problems of long registration time and large paper waste caused by the error of splicing and printing, the error of plate rhombus degree and the error of bending machine when the plate edge is used.

 

  Punching and bending equipment specially designed for newspaper rotary and commercial rotary presses.

  It has a CIP machine connection interface and can be directly matched with CIP of various brands.
It shortens the registration time of the machine, improves the utilization rate of the printing press, and reduces the loss of non-production time.

  The computer alignment integrated control system helps customers to quickly and accurately overprint in a short time. Just put the printing plate in and press the "auto" button to complete accurate punching and bending at one time, reducing errors caused by human factors.
  The CCD camera magnifies the crosshairs 40 times to automatically search for alignment and correct the printing plate.
   The suction system keeps the plate stable on the table and effectively controls the accuracy of punching and bending.
  Uses stable pneumatic punching and bending methods.
