   How to make the flexo polymer plate by CTP and washing processor system?

 

   

Step1: Back exposure by the exposure machine (26seconds)

Step2:CTP Plate Autolading

tear off the profection layer of the plate

CTP plate autoloading : open the CTP plate drum clamp and check alignment, close the clamp ,the CTP plate is autoloaded on the drum and close the tail clamp.

Step3:Load the file on the computer and check the plate setting parameters(size of CTP plate, laser power,drum speed,focus and imaging time and so on),

Step4: Unload the CTP plate from the drum after imaging. The plate for different colors are imaged on one plate.

Step5: Main exposure: dedusting before exposing, the main exposure is by UVA LED light,which has long working life. Exposing speed is about 2cm/s, it takes about 25mins.

Step6: To make the CTP plate feed in the washing machine, it needs to be cut and punched with holes. Load the plate on the washing machine set the wash time and parameters. It takes about 30mins for washing.

Step7: The final step is plate drying and detacking,it takes about 90mins, if the CTP plate is not thoroughly dried, it will affect the plate's durability and cause deformation.

Digital Flexo CTP Plate making process
First, use a computer to create the graphics, images, text, etc. to be engraved.

Then special computer imaging software will convert the graphic information of the original into executable relevant parameter data such as depth, size and shape for modulation of the laser beam.

The control system then controls the movement of the laser beam according to the command. The laser acts on the surface of the material and uses the power of the laser to ablate graphic information into dots.

After the ablation, the dot residues are processed by a special device.
