1. Application

A slide table at the back of the processor is included by default.

The stacker is an optional item and needs to be added separately.

For manual CTP 400 and 800 models, the P-900 processor is sufficient, as plates can be manually turned around and input into the processor in portrait style.

For 800 automatic models, the P-1150 processor is required as plate output in landscape style.

2. Characteristic

Robustness, reliability, and consistency: PVCboard tub and tough rubber roller are used in the machine. it is highly resistant to acid alkali corrosion; a key-slot design is adopted at processor chain and gears transmission, which makes it stronger and resistant to impact.

Optimized plate processing path: double chemical recycling pipes make the chemical better distributed; a well-designed plate path workflow curve ensures the plate processing is stable and smooth through developing, washing, gluing, and drying the tank.
Unique roller design: ensures even squeezing effect along rollers.

Environmental friendliness and energy saving: optimized inner water wash circulation design, can save water as high as 7096 compared with a full running water wash. Heating airflow is protected by pipes, saving energy efficiently.

User-friendly operation: A touch screen is adopted for user operation; it makes the machine more humanized.
Easy maintenance: The main parts are mostly located in the machine, and they are easy to access; scales and position marks are built into the machine; it is easy to get removed parts back after maintenance.

Safety standards: chemical low-level warning, drier overheat self-protection, plate jam warning, and cover safety protection can give warnings or even stop machines for safety purposes.
