2) Where is your factory?
A: Our CTP machine factory is located in Hangzhou city, about 1.5 hours by train from Shanghai. You are warmly welcomed to visit our factory!

3) What is your warranty for the CTPs?
A: We offer a three-year warranty for the Laser Head and main spare parts of the CTPs and a one-year warranty for the Processor.

4) What is the Lead Time?

A: The usual lead time is 20-30 days, and we will do our best to meet your demands.

 

5) Can you also supply the Workflow and RIP?

A: Yes, we can provide the Workflow Brain New and RIP Compose V9. Please note that the machine price does not include the software.

 

6) What about the Installation and after-sales technician support?

A: Our engineer can assist with installation and provide necessary training. The buyer should cover the round-trip airfare, service charge, and local accommodation costs.
