EcooGraphix Thermal CTP (Computer To Plate) Plate Making Machine is the first Prepress necessity of quick short-run offset printing. It can output the images on the computer to printing CTP plate directly through the CTP machine and save the film and labor.

By the EcooGraphix CTP, the customer can get excellent output image quality, highly reliable stability, less space occupied with more flexibility.

EcooGraphix T800series Thermal CTP are for A1 or B1 paper size newspaper or commercial printing with the output speed 16PPH to 28PPH. The CTP is operated by manual, very easy to use.

The working principle of a CTP Machine work is quite technical.

 

Simply, this equipment has a thermal material, which becomes the image area and transferred to the plate.

 

The machine is integrated with various technologies such as a wetting agent that keeps non-image clean during a print run.

 

CTP Machine can produce a short run of 500 impressions immediately after imaging.

 

In case a longer run is required, thermal material must be bake onto the cylinder.

 

After printing complete, the thermal image material is automatically cleaned from the plate cylinder.

This allows the cylinder to be ready for reimaging of the next task.
