The head card is flexible in position and can be attached above or below the discount line. It is optional by the user.
Gluing method
Not only, the user can choose the area of the glue on the head card, but also the glue on both sides or the glue on one side, and the glued area of the flip part can also be freely selected, which fully meets the different requirements of all paper bags. The side glue adopts the double glue injection method of hot glue and cold glue, which not only ensures the beauty of the bag, but also can save cost.
The function of top insert-in
The innovative patented mechanical structure is used to completely simulate the manual bag making method when the bag tube is formed. The two sides of the paper are completely inserted and bonded, which is beautiful and firm.
Folding method
Adopting the innovative patented mechanical structure, the paper bag is positioned by the mechanical device during the folding process. No matter it is thin paper or thick paper, both can be accurate.

Some tips for application
1. Use appropriate paper rolls for bag making.
2. Avoid using overly dry or statically charged paper. Do not use curled paper (for sheet-fed machines). Avoid excessively twisted or soft cord.
3. If using paper with laminated PP film, ensure the laminated layer thickness is uniform.
4. Use our recommended glue specifications for each gluing section, adjusting according to ambient temperature and humidity.
5. Bag width and bottom width have limitations based on their combination.
6. Longitudinal glue should be applied to the bag face with a 25-30mm gluing space (inner gusset gluing optional).
7. When using full printing rolls or PP laminated paper, ensure bottom and longitudinal gluing parts are left. Allow approximately 7mm print overlap or lamination overlap.
8. Production capacity depends on paper quality, paper weight, printing, glue quality, cord quality, bag size, and operating environment.
