SLT-1300F multifunctional slitting and rewinding machine is both a cost-effective and functional slitting machine.
It can handle a wide variety of materials, including paper, plastic film, household aluminum foil, non-woven fabric, and adhesive labels, slitting fax paper, money sign-up paper, movies, self-adhesive trademarks, and other paperless than 250GSM.

Machine Features:
It equips with an automatic hydraulic jumbo roll loading rack, its loading capacity is up to 3 tons;
The EPC (edge position controller) can guide the web material to the slitting part neatly;
The precision linear actuator will swing the machine wall panel left or right alongside the linear guide way , once any deviation is detected;
The circular knives and razor blades are optional for you to cut different materials; Circular knife shear cutting is mainly for handle paper-related materials, while razor blades score cutting is usually applied for thin plastic film processing.
The special type is differential friction shaft, such shaft is specially designed for uneven and not smooth surface materials.
The electrostatic eliminator could be installed to eliminate static electricity.
The machine equips automatic detection, automatic correction, and automatic meter counting.
It Is also equipped with dual-frequency conversion synchronous control, photoelectric tracking and an edge correction system.

Machine adopts Innovance PLC control system and HMI control, all the parameters are shown on the screen. You only setup roll diameter, material thickness and original tension etc, the machine can work automatically. |

It adopts 3 sets of Siemens Motor and 3pcs of YASKAWA Inverter. Main motor is 7.5KW which used for speed of material feeding and blade shaft. And 2pcs of Rewinder Motor , each is 11KW which controlled by PLC. |

Machine adopts hydraulic loading system, it have hydraulic stand full fill oil, use the cylinder control the loading and unloading, this part controlled by separate motor. |

Machine adopts rectify a deviation system, it controlled by separate correction motor, machine have four guide rail in unwinding stand four corn. It can be rectify a deviation for materials. The motor thrust around 3 tons, it is no problem with your materials. |

Unwinder adopts Balance Roller which used to adjust the Material Tightness, if material is wrinkled when feeding, then you can adjust the balance roller to keep it balance ! |

All transmission shafts are dynamic/static balance treated. |

It adopts automatic meter counter. When reached the preset length, machine stop and alarm automatically. |
