G460P/20 Stations Book Gathering Machine

Compared with the old model G460B, G460P Gathering Machine has made thefollowing main upgrades:

1. Upgrade on Signature Gripping Unit

The upgraded gripping unit featurs on more realiable signature gripping and easier adjustemt. It also increases the gripping force to ensure the stability and efficiency of signature gripping.

2. Upgrade on Signature Seperating Unit

The upgraded signature seperating unit makes the signature seperating more stable and reliable, and achieves an excellent balance between the swing arm of signature seperating hook and the swing arm of suckers, during the signature seperating process.

3. Upgrade on Book Block Delivery Channel

The upgraded book block delivery channel can better avoid the signature gets stucked into the gap between the side plate and the bottom plate of delivery channel, ensuring the book block delivey more reliable.

4. Upgrade on Air Valve

The upgraed air valve increase the sucking force of suckers, ensuring better signature seperating effect.

5. Upgrade on Main Driving Unit

G460P gathering machine adopts the superior quality gear motor from world-leading brand – SEW, which features on simple structure, and stable transmission.

6. Upgrade on Parts Quality

G460P gathering machine employs the spare parts with superior quality, in order to ensure the reliable and excellent performance for the long-term production.

	A touch screen control system The touch screen provides for product monitoring, fault diagnostics and quality control.
	20 gathering stations 20 stations in 5 units (each unit has 4 stations) and 1 vacuum pump for each unit. Automatic signature inspection system on each station to detect miss-feeds, multi-feeds, and paper jams. The vertical gathering design can reduce the friction of signatures so as to avoid any mark on the paper during gathering process.
	A reject gate Equipped with one air compressor.The reject gate for faulty signatures to ensure a non-stop production.
	A hand feeding station Hand feeding station is provided for convenient feeding of additional signatures.
