| 15 Book Clamps All book clamps opening are adjusted at a time. Adjustment is more convenient thanks to the position indicator, which can provide stable and reliable clamping force to ensure high accuracy of each production step. |
| Two spine preparation stations Space-saving designed spine preparation stations provides milling, notching, and brushing. Working together with the reliable paper dust extractor, makes sure book spine is well prepared before glue application. |
| Gluing Application System The standard configuration inclues One Hotmelt Spine Glue Station and One Side Glue Station. The glue voulme in the glue tank are kept in a stable level, since the glue in the pre-melt tank and the glue tank is automatically cycled. Movable gluing stations allow easy changeover between PUR and EVA in mintues. |
