Eight rotary feeders All feeders are mobile and can be tilt-back for hand-feeding, which makes it possible to realize special signatures stitching. Min. Signature Size: 138x105mm Max. Signature Size: 475x300mm Signatures with low/high folio laps or even laps in a wide range of formats can be opened by grippers or suckers. Feeder gauges and air amount can be easily adjusted.

The stitching section of Rose configures Hohner M45/6 stitching heads for precise and excellent stitching, which can stitch up to 5mm thickness to meet different requirements. Even small stitching formats down to 138*105mm and big stitching formats up to 470*310mm can be stitched perfectly.

A three-knife trimmer unit T460 Three-knife Trimmer Unit plays a critical role in the appearance and quality of finished books. The three-knife trimmer is quick and easy to set up using hand wheels with position indicators. Smooth transferring and precise positioning of each untrimmed book assure that each book is accurately trimmed, first by the front cut knife, and then the head and the foot.

A stream delivery unit Accurately trimmed stitched books are automatically transferred to the stream good books collection station. Books can be separately into group by group as per the required quantity for each group.

The process of working is as follow:
1.Stack the folded signatures on the gathering positions.
2.Air pump supplies the air.
3.Gathering unit transfers the signatures on the book conveying chain automatically according to the page order.
4.Book conveying chain transfers the signatures into stitching unit. At the same time, the signatures are inspected separately page by page via photo-cell inspection, deflective inspection and thickness-measuring inspection.
5.Transfer the unstitched books with signature-leaking or signature-surplus into the waste conveyor and the stitched books into trimming unit.
6.Stitched books are trimmed on three edges in trimming unit, and registered by two steps of guides.
7.Trimmed books are delivered according to the set value of book separating quantity.
