*The machine is suitable for using water-based glue, solvent-based glue, and thermal film.
*Low cost: Ceramic anilox roller coating, minimize gluing amount to 5g/sqm.
*The heating energy cycle drying system makes the whole machine power consumption about 30kw/h.
*High efficiency:The machine working speed reaches to 70m/min, 10000sheets/h.
●High speed feeder and servo control device , ensure stack paper more accurately and steadily.
●The whole machine adopt thermal energy cycling system,it is high speed and environmental friendly.
●Cold-water non-curling system: The paper will be non-curling after separated.
●Chain knife cutting is suitable of muti-material laminating.

7) Automatic cutting(Chain knife):
-Servo chain knife cutting , suitable for OPP . PET , PVC film cutting.
-The cutting system is composed of disk-blade and tearing wheels to achieve accurate cutting.
-Chain knife cutting is suitable of multi-material laminating.
8)Automatic non-stop delivery:
-Knocking up sheets or paper stacking from three sides, reducing the speed automatically, double sheets removal device.
