1. Feeding,

High speed feeder with four sucking and four forwarding suckers can feed sheet smoothly.

The elevation protection mechanism (1) is located at the above of loading table and suction head. Micro driving switches are equipped here for fear of high lifting of paper to shock the suction head.

Double sheet detector

This depends on the micro driving switch induction to detect double sheet or multi-sheet misalignment. In case of such happenings, the feeding action will be stopped emergently.

The protection bar is installed before the sheet feeding part of the front part of front guide and side guide in preparation for damage of impression roller and rubber roller.

2.Main Coating unit

The protection net on the above of coating unit can protect against foreign objects entrance.

The protection cover in the front of coating roller can protect against U.V. varnish spraying outside and foreign objects from entering.

 " Stop" button on the control panel of the left wheel side of main machine can ensure the safe installation and dismantling of rubber cloth.

A sensor is installed at the hand-knob on the left of main machine. When operating the machine by hand, the whole machine will cut off the electricity; when rotating the hand-knob, machine rotates.

 When chain gripper grips the paper conversely, that's to say, the paper which should be put in through cam wheel fails to be put in, the end of the paper will touch the micro switch (10), the whole machine will stop.

 3. Drying equipment

Temperature switch is installed in the U.V. lamp chamber (box), such as when there being malfunction or over-heat in lamp chamber, the temperature (11) will switch off automatically, and the ACCIDENT indication lamp on operation panel will light at the same time, U.V. lamps will go off automatically. And the pumping motor in lamp chamber will go on running for a while and stops. U.V. lamps can be used in normal temperature.

 Perfect pumping device can pump the ozone out of the factory to avoid operator breathing in too much ozone and leads to bad health. On the other hand, lamp tubes can be cooled for long time using.

There is an" ACCIDENT STOP" on U.V. control panel for emergent accidents or machine malfunction. When pressing this button, U.V. lamp will go out automatically immediately for check.

U.V. lamp auto half lamp transferring device, uring operation, when there is unexpected happenings leading to the feeding stop, U.V. lamps will automatically transfer to half lamp to avoid overheat.

4. Delivery Unit

The safety device (15) of delivery loading table hoisting to avoid over-hoisting.

 The safety device (16) of delivery loading table desending. There is a down-limit micro switch on the lower part of the loading table to control the lowest desending position.

Note: When the main machine protection cover isn't well put on, the whole machine should not be run (excluding inching); when the emergency switch is pressed, the whole machine will not run.
