Brief introduction

ECOO-DF/F series is a solvent-based high-reslolution digital/analogue middle dutometer flexo plate. It has five thickness options: 1.14/1.7/2.28/2.84/3.94mm. It is used in the pre-printing of flexible packaging, high-grade colour boxes, corrugated cartons, as well as the printing of labels, handbags, beverage packs, books and magazines, etc. Solvent-based flexo-digital plate has excellent flexibility, good ink transfer and good printing quality. Excellent ink transfer, soft highlight dots and shadow gradient, to ensure brilliant colour reproduction and a wide colour gamut performance.

How to storage

Correct storage of flexo plates is essential in achieving high-quality flexo printing. Therefore, you should pay attention to the following points during daily storage:
Store in a place free from sunlight and ultraviolet lamps;
Control the ambient temperature at 5ºC-35ºC;
The ink on the surface of the plate should be cleaned as soon as possible after printing and dried sufficiently
Plates should not be placed on top of each other (use paper or cushioning material to separate plates from each other);
Use a cleaning agent that does not swell the resin;
Consult the respective plate supplier if you are unsure of the properties of the cleaning agent yourself.
