Brief introduction
KYHL Vertical PS Plate baking machine (High-Temperature Oven) is designed to bake the traditional PS plate and CTP high sensitive plate. in order to improve the printing quantity and prolong the run length of plate, considering super long some printing jobs. By baking plate, the PS plate's run length could increase by 3-5 times.
This model has 3 format options. Please find more details in third part(the technical data table)
Features
1. Steady hot wind circulation, average baking temperature on plate. Two separate temperature control system could avoid the breaking down for any single fault.Timing starting/shutting equipment, whole sealing machine case design, avoid the hot air running out.
2. Fine plate locking equipment, the plate can be taken out conveniently.
3. Automatic alarm when the roasting is over, accurate temperature control,fine heat insulationsystem, plate do not bend.
