The ZXJD370 Perfect Binding Line operates at a speed of 3600 books per hour and includes 12 gathering stations and 9 clamps. It is equipped with a manual feeding station, gathering unit eliminating device, turnover conveyor, book collecting working table, milling spine, cutting grooves device, and glue pot. The binding and gathering parts are capable of independent operation. With a user-friendly interface, the machine ensures ease of operation. Optional components such as a turnover unit, in-line signature collecting device, stacker, and business glue spot are also available.

1) Semi-automatic adjustment for product thickness across all main functions.
