EcooSpark is an industry pioneer product released in 2018, the first such machine dedicated for label embellishment by digital. It is now the 5th generation and very matured product. This machine digitally does UV spot varnishing, foil stamping, 3D embossing, braille printing and etc. variable data by digital. no need for plates. Products Application and function

Digital spot varnishing

It makes differen patterms of varnishing effect by one pass.

Different varnish thickess, patterm, gauges.

Digital foil stamping

Since the foil is sticked by the varnish. The varnish variable thickness makes the foil in differnet gauges by one pass.

3D embossing

The max. thickness by one pass with special varnish and our xaar printing head could be 250 micro.

Braille printing

For some pharmaceutical printing and food special printing requirement, the machine can handle variable braille printing.
