Label machine inspection method

1 The damage rate test of the package should be carried out after the labeling machine is debugged and can run normally. Sampling is carried out twice, each time 5000 pieces are sampled, and the number of damaged packages is determined during this period. The package damage rate shall be calculated according to the formula: [%] 100 10000 × = number of damaged packages Package damage rate

2 The labeling reliability test shall be carried out after the labeling machine can be continuously and normally operated after debugging. Sampling is carried out in two times, 250 pieces are continuously sampled each time, and the number of packages that do not meet the requirements of 4.5 is determined. The qualified rate of labeling is based on the formula

(1) Calculation: [%] 100 ) 500 1 ( × ?? = unqualified number of packages and labeling pass rate

(2) All packages with wrinkles, bubbles, curling and visible adhesive smudges on the label after labeling, and packages with missing or multiple labels are all unqualified products.

3 Label sticking skewness test Label skewness refers to the angle between the actual centerline position of the label and the original theoretical centerline after the label (mainly refers to the rectangular label) is stuck on the package. For oval or other shaped labels, the skewness of the label can be obtained by referring to the rectangular label. If there are more than one label on the same package, according to the above definition, calculate the sticking skewness of each label to the label at its respective theoretical position. The test should be carried out after the labeling machine has been debugged and can continue to operate normally. Sampling was carried out in two consecutive times, each with 250 consecutive samples. Measure the distance between the bottom ends of the label and the selected reference. The difference between the two distances divided by the width of the label is the tangent of the sticking skewness of the label, and the corresponding skewness is found. This error should not be greater than the label sticker skewness tolerance.

4 Noise test according to the provisions of JB/T 7232.

5 The insulation resistance, grounding resistance and withstand voltage test of electrical equipment shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 5226.1.
