Ecoo T256 CTP uses the third-generationdynamic autofocus technology. lts accurateranging system can directly detect smalldistance changes of 0.1 micron, and achievethe focus to be accurate at any time driven byvoice coil motor. In the process of exposure,this system can real-time measure the distancebetween the plate and the lens and adjust thelens position to ensure the constant distancebetween the plate and the lens, so as toachieve the exposure accuracy of the wholeplate.

LASER DETECTS PLATE EDGE TECHNOLOGY
Use the ultrafine 650nm infrared to find the edge ofthe plate without any effect on the plate, whichperfectly matches the traditional plate edge aligningand punching method; better than the method ofpunching by cross line registration(the cross linecannot be seen on processing-free plate beforeprinting)

TECHNICAL ADVANTAGES OF 256-CHANNELSPATIAL LIGHT MODULATOR
Differing from the current optical fiber carriage, the256-channel laser carriage adopts spatial light modulator to divide a laserbeam into 256 channels ofsmall laser beams and achieves sharp-edgedsquare dotimaging on plate. In comparison to conventional optical fibertechnology, the average energy of each channel is easier to be controlledand the dot quality is more consistent, guaranteeing the printing quality.
In terms of precision, this technology, with the fine dot feature, breaksthrough the high-precision requirements and reaches up to 12800 dpiresolution. Even applying in the special printing with high resolutionrequirement, the result is excellent.
The single light source laser used, the flexibility for selecting the light sourceenergy and stable power control provide more selections of output speed,meeting the requirement of different customers.

1. How long is the lead time?
The lead time for each CTP machine is normally 30 days. We can accelerate for emergency cases.

2. How long is the warranty period?
Ecoographix gurantees 3 years of warranty for laser head and spare parts. If the machine user use our plate at the same time, we offer lifetime warranty.

3. Is there any certification for your CTP machine?
Yes, All our CTP machines have been certified by SGS and CE. Vary stable and muture. We have hundreds of installation iover the world since 2012.

4. Do you have accompanying plate products to make an easy purchase for some end users?
Yes, we have qualified CTP/CTcP plates at most favourite price. In addition, blanket, ink, developer, processors are also in our business range.

5. What is your normal Payment term?
Normally, 30% deposit, 70% before shipping.

6. What are your main products ?

10.Where is your factory?
Our CTP machine factory is located in Hangzhou city , which is about 1.5 hour by train from Shanghai.

Attention:
Before installation, please measure the thickness of blanket for adjusting the press accurately;
While installation, please use the constant wrench to tighten gradually;
After installation, please clean the rubber surface and ready for print;
During the use, please often use the special solvent to clean the rubber surface for extending the useful time.

Delivery & Packing:
Any kinds of transpotation is workable for us. The nearest departure port is Shanghai port or Ningbo Port.
The equipment is packed in standard wood carton for exporting use with enough protective layers.
